This morning, I decided to meditate before I did anything else. I recently learned the benefits of meditation, such as helping a person focus better. This new experience also helped me feel relaxed. It is now an essential part of my new slow-living morning routine.
Breakfast today
Angie did have a chocolate donut, water, and scrambled eggs. However, this morning's breakfast could have been more extensive. At this point, I forgot to include the eggs in this picture. — However, I wanted to balance the small breakfast menu for today.
