Today was a chilly morning, and the vibe was to go with the flow. I did not feel very well this morning and slept for 30 minutes. I then stretched, did a few breathing exercises, and drank a glass of water. I walked over to the medicine cabinet and grabbed medicine.

I had bacon, scrambled eggs, and rice on this day. I also had Doenjang soup that complemented the rice, eggs, and bacon. It was soothing. This meal was perfect for a day like this while I am currently overcoming a terrifying cold.
Your Health Matters
I missed a stand-up tech meeting, and that was okay. I informed the team beforehand and rescheduled it for the next day. It is essential to put your health first.
